About Roam Steakhouse & Bar

Roam Steakhouse & Bar was founded by brothers Joshua and Christian Jackson in April 2022. However, this is not the brothers’ first joint venture. The two previously owned and operated Red’s BBQ Food Truck and Catering. 

This company was founded in 2018. It served a combination of NY-style barbeque and southern-inspired fare, including NY steak frites, pecan-smoked lamb steaks, and candied fried chicken. No wonder they were always sold out. 

With business booming, the Jackson brothers began to develop a new upscale concept: Roam Steakhouse & Bar!

Using classic French culinary techniques, this southern-inspired restaurant serves a fusion of flavors that will have you coming back for more.

Dinner Menu 

The spring dinner menu features three steak options: 

  • Celebration Tomahawk Ribeye (served with garlic butter green beans and two glasses of champagne) 
  • Black & Bleu (Cajun blackened prime NY strip steak with gorgonzola fondue and crispy fried onions) 
  • Prime NY Strip

They also offer additional proteins, including New Zealand Lambs Chops in a honey garlic sauce and Spiced Pork Chops in creamy mushroom sauce. Mm mm mm! 

Moreover, Red’s BBQ Food Truck patrons will be happy to hear that their infamous Fried Chicken Wings are available on The Roam Steakhouse menu. Plus, now you can top them with their signature candy sauce or a savory, herbed buffalo sauce.
