About Rollbotto Sushi

This downtown St. Pete sushi restaurant was founded in 2011. Located across from The Mall at Sundial, Rollbotto has been the premiere sushi spot for local moviegoers for over a decade. 

However, this isn’t your average sushi spot. Rollbotto is a robot-themed sushi lounge with modern, contemporary flair.

The Rollbotto Sushi Menu 

This industrial-chic sushi lounge has two options on its robot-themed menu. You can either select a Pre-programmed Roll or custom-build your own! 

Rollbotto offers a variety of raw, cooked, vegan, and land-lover sushi options. 

One of the most popular sushi rolls on the menu is their Volcano Roll. It features krabstick, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, sesame seeds, and teriyaki sauce. It's then topped with their infamous Lava Mix. This sushi topper features a fusion of baked seafood, spicy mayo, and teriyaki sauce. Yum!

Another crowd favorite is their Spicy Tuna/Salmon Roll. This roll features tuna or salmon, green onion, cucumber, spicy mayo, and Sriracha. Then it's finished with sesame seeds and oil for a satisfying crunch and nutty aroma.

As mentioned above, you can also create your own roll! Choose from classic toppings, such as sushi-grade yellow tail, shrimp-tempura, and cucumber. Or, choose modern-inspired options, such as grilled chicken, tofu, or pineapple! 

There are three categories of ingredients (bases, sides, and extras) so you can choose the combination of flavors and textures you love most. 

Last but not least, for dessert they offer vanilla, strawberry, mango, and green tea mochi ice cream. Ice cream mochi is similar to traditional mochi, only its sweet rice dough has a decadent ice cream center.

Additionally, Rollbotto’s menu features imported Japanese beers and sakes (traditional Japanese wine). So, if you enjoy cultural dining experiences, you're in luck!

How to Find Rollbotto Sushi 

This chic sushi spot is conveniently located across from The Mall at Sundial and AMC Theaters at 221 1st Street North. You’ll find it on the first floor of Plaza Tower & Courtyard Shops. 

They are currently open Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 10 PM, Friday to Saturday from 11 AM to 12 AM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 9 PM. 

Rollbotto also offers free one-hour parking validation for patrons in the Plaza Tower parking garage.
